需要一兩個編織網狀洗衣機的樣品。
樣本可以來自您當前的范圍。
We are looking to use the part as an Vibration Isolator on some heat shields that we manufacture for motor vehicles (needs to be stainless to cope with the heat).
Estimated annual volumes are between 1,000pcs & 3,000pcs at this stage.
We need a sample(s) as we need to test on the heat shield to confirm diameter size, thickness of the Mesh washer it self.
The sample(s) can have a M6 or M8 hole in the middle and be 20mm or 30mm or 40mm diameter, be a thickness of 3mm or 5mm or 6mm or whatever you are able to supply as a sample(s).
If you have a catalogue/link that you can supply with existing parts, that would good as well.
Also, do you supply a sleeved washer to suit to keep the bolt & mesh separated so they don’t rub against each other?
